David’s expertise is in the development and implementation of customer based CRM & data strategies. David has worked in the Marketing and Advertising industry for the past eight years as a CRM and data strategist assisting companies in acquisition, retention and campaign activities. Prior to working at Jam, David worked for agencies such as Young & Rubicam, Wunderman and Leo Burnett.
David also spent 8 years with Ernst & Young consulting managing many large and complex business integration projects. David’s role is to work with key decision makers and define goals and targets which are then translated into data mining and data analysis projects that deliver customer insight.
